Back to Basics in Jewelry Making!
This class offering is “Back to Basics in jewelry making”. After teaching several classes it has become apparent to me that a lot of people would like to learn some basic jewelry making techniques so I’ve compiled a list of the things I believe are most important to learn because you’ll use them the most. In this class you will learn to Wire wrap, make rosary chain, string beads with crimp wire, make links and clasps, learn to use bead caps and make tassels, patina and polish, incorporate silk or velvet into your chains, and many other design elements and techniques that you will be able to use over and over. You will complete a wrap bracelet or necklace in colours and beads of your choosing, full of your techniques to serve as a reminder for your future creations.
Class fee is $120 and includes all supplies, lunch, snacks and beverages, and the Candy Cart in its “Covid friendly” form.
You will be safely distanced in my “outdoor studio” where every safety detail has been looked after. I’ve got you.
This class will be offered on Thursday July 8 11:00- 4:30 pm with a rain out make up day on Thursday July 15 from 11:00- 4:30pm
